My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?

If the key appears to be region locked, there is no need to panic. We assure you the matter can be resolved smoothly, simply follow these steps:

  • first of all, make sure the product you purchased can in fact be activated in your region. You can verify this by checking the regional limitations on the Product page Description of the product you bought. 

YFurthermore, if the product has any specific regional limitations, it will also be clearly mentioned in product description with exact description about where the product cannot be redeemed.

My country isnt mentioned as restricted in product description ?

In such a case, there is no need to panic as our Customer Service Team will do their best to resolve the case as quickly as possible for you.

Simply reach us by creating a ticket by e-mailing us at Support@pcgameskey.com and make sure to enclose the following unedited screenshots:

  • entered key before its activation
  • displayed error message after activation
  • your Games Library of the platform for which the product is designed
  • your account region details

Please keep in mind that the screenshots cannot be edited and your whole screen must visible, including the taskbar with time/date on it.

Once the screenshots are submitted to us, we will investigate the matter as soon as possible for you. If the issue is confirmed, we will either offer you a refund or a replacement key depending on the stock availability.
